Kathy brings yoga to the office to share the transformative powers of a regular practice with people whose business lives preclude an alternative venue for mindfulness practice. In her corporate yoga sessions, Kathy leads a meditative, movement-based practice that teaches mindfulness tools, centering, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress levels and improve mental and physical health. Kathy leads her classes with a focus on breath, presence, grounding and expansion to guide her students toward a yoga practice that not only quiets the mind, but also works the entire body for strength and flexibility.
Kathy is a master teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT500). She holds a BA in communication arts from Villanova University and an MBA from Lehigh University. Before teaching yoga, Kathy worked in the public relations and communications field and taught business communications at Lehigh University.

Karmie has been practicing yoga on a consistent basis since 1999. She began practicing yoga as a means of stress-relief when working in the corporate world; Karmie had no idea she was in for a transformation on so many levels. Karmie has enjoyed practicing many styles of hatha yoga, including Bikram (and other heated offerings), Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, power and yin as well as pre-natal during her pregnancy.
She reflects that life has a way of “disrupting the applecart” and the choice in how we respond to that disruption is what determines our happiness. Karmie has completed the 500-hour master level certification program at Inner Vision Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance. As a teacher, Karmie aims to provide a safe place to experience a joyful practice as you move your body, open your heart and quiet your mind.
Ellen began practicing yoga in her living room in 2000 and fell in love with the stability and acceptance she found in yoga. She became a yoga addict quickly and studied a wide variety of yoga styles including Hot Yoga, Anusara, and Yin.
Currently, she is studying the therapeutic aspects of yoga while pursuing her Healing Emphasis Yoga teaching certificate at Inner Vision Yoga. Ellen encourages her students to regularly devote time to the self, to listen to one’s body, and to find the right yoga practice to heal mind, body and soul.
Sarah is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who is passionate about mindfulness and community. She completed her training at the Asheville Yoga Center in NC and enjoys practicing and teaching unique, thoughtful classes with equal emphasis on physical challenge, breath work and mindfulness.
